On 19-24.11. 2012 in the framework of the project "Transparency in Armenian housing condominiums as a guarantee of their effective operations" study visit of the Armenian group - co-owners of housing condominiums - to Bialystok and Warsaw took place.

On October 16-18, 2012 in Gyumri, in north-western Armenia, PAUCI and its local partner, the Analytical Centre on Globalization and Regional Cooperation, conducted a training for the housing condominium activists within the project “Transparency in Armenian housing condominiums as a guarantee of their effective operations”.

Many Ukrainian cities have used their program-based budgeting for some time. In Poland a popular method of budgeting is a performance budgeting. What are the differences between these methods? What is similar in the Polish and Ukrainian practices? What can the employees of the local governments in Poland and Ukraine learn from one another? Participants who took part in our study visit in Poland from the 9th to the 13th of September have tried to answer some of these questions.

On September 10-15, 2012 a two person team which included a project coordinator went to Yerevan, Armenia to conduct a reconnaissance trip. It was the first stage of the Foundation’s new project. The visit’s agenda encompassed meetings with the project’s partner, Armenian officials (the ministry responsible for housing issues), experts (universities, NGOs, international, i.e. UNDP, or local, i.e. Urban Foundation, organizations).

The International NGO, the Polish-Ukrainian Cooperation Foundation (PAUCI), and Yagotyn City Council announce a new tender for the installation of a ventilation system with elements of heat savings. It is for Kindergarten #4, known as “Snowdrop.”
It is located on Nezavisimosti St., 30-A, Yagotyn, Kyiv Region.
