Handbook
PAUCI Foundation has developed and published a manual containing detailed description of existing programs, priorities, and formal procedures of the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument, which is currently the largest program of EU’s financial assistance targeted at its’ neighbouring countries, including Ukraine.

The book provides a detailed description of the key aspects of the ENPI programs in Ukraine and of the general logic of the Instrument. The manual also contains plenty of practical information, which is necessary in the process of utilization of available resources. Description of the programs currently running in Ukraine under the ENPI is included in the manual as well. The handbook has been issued in three versions - a short paper and electronic version for the website and an electronic collection of documents and presentations on a CD. Due to the fact that most of the ENPI programs is addressed to the state institutions, the book will be useful for officials who would like to understand the complexities of the Instrument and to all those who want to understand "what is the ENPI, and where to find it".
The handbook has been published in the framework of the project "Training on the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument in Ukraine". The project has been carried out by the PAUCI Foundation with support from the European Union.
